Here is a whole list of almost all the re-textures I use. On top of those major re-texture packs I use A whole bunch of weapon/armor re-textures as well. I instal MGS' clutter retextures first, then NMC Large, and finally Ojo Bueno on top of those other two, because in my opinion Ojo Bueno has the best textures. NCR forces found and later misplaced the suits in a storeroom with radioactive waste in the Hoover Dam offices. There are two Chinese stealth armors located at Hoover Dam by 2281. Because Sub-Level 1C was sealed, several of the Chinese soldiers bodies remained in the compound.

I'm not interested in adapting my entire ENB just to get that one weather setting to work, because it would screw up the balance of all the other top of this ENB, I also use quite a few Re-texture mods that make the texture much better looking/higher res. You can disable it, however, in the Nevada Skies Menu. I should have mentioned in the readme that snowy weather looks terrible with this ENB.
